Bob Lindall is a shareholder of Kennedy & Graven, Chartered. He brings many years of experience to his practice in the areas of eminent domain and real estate. The Minnesota State Bar Association has certified him as a Real Property Law Specialist.

Mr. Lindall began his legal career as a special assistant attorney general, representing the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (1969-1973). From 1973 to 1978, he was staff attorney, general counsel, and, finally, president and general manager of Jonathan Development Corporation. A councilmember for the city of Chaska from 1978 through 2008, he was Mayor Pro Tem from 1984 through 2008. He served as president of the Southwest Corridor Transportation Coalition from 1989 to 2017. A former member of the Southwest Metro Transit Commission, he was a longtime member of the International Right of Way Association. He has been with Kennedy & Graven since 1978.

Mr. Lindall was a member of the Minnesota Environmental Education council (1971-1975), serving as its chairman from 1974 to 1975, and a member of the Metropolitan Council Transportation Advisory Board (1978-1981). He is a longtime member of the Hennepin County Bar Association and served as its Eminent Domain Committee chair from 1981 to 1983. He belongs to the Minnesota State Bar Association where he is active in his specialty areas. Mr. Lindall is coauthor of Minnesota Condemnation Law and Practice (Butterworth Legal Publishers, 1990), as well as several articles on eminent domain.

Bob has this to say about his work:

My goal is, to the best of my ability, to accomplish a good result for my client. I enjoy working on public projects, for example, the Metrodome, the Minneapolis Convention Center, the widening of 77th Street in Richfield and 79th Street in Bloomington, because you can identify with the objectives as being beneficial for the community at large.
