Andrew’s work as an attorney for the Minnesota House of Representatives in the House Research Department allowed him to work on a number of issues including state and local taxation, lawful gambling, consumer protection, and veterans’ affairs. He researched various legal issues and drafted bills. While a litigation law clerk with the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust, he assisted on over a dozen state and federal lawsuits.
