We represent a broad range of cities, counties, townships, school districts, State agencies, development authorities, and other public organizations.
We are seeking an associate attorney to join our Municipal Law practice group. The attorney will join a team that provides general counsel representation to municipalities. Interested candidates should be comfortable with attending evening council meetings; working closely with local government officials; drafting local ordinances, resolutions and agreements; and collaborating with other attorneys. Common legal issues may include the Open Meeting law, data practices laws, real estate matters, eminent domain, enforcement of ordinance and zoning regulations, and employment matters.
The ideal candidate will be a licensed attorney with zero to five years of legal experience, and an interest in working in public sector law.
The annual salary range for this position begins at $100,000.00, commensurate with experience.
