Worthington City Council Appoints Peter Mikhail as City Attorney

The Worthington City Council appointed Peter Mikhail as its new city attorney on January 12, 2026. Peter brings extensive experience in eminent domain, real estate, public works, constitutional law, and municipal law. He is a founding board member of the Minnesota Eminent Domain Counsel’s Association and a former president of the Hennepin County Bar Association’s Eminent Domain Section.

Kennedy & Graven congratulates Pete on his appointment and is proud to welcome the City of Worthington as the 75th city the firm represents.
