
Alexander Furcich is an associate at Kennedy & Graven, Chartered and practices in municipal law.
Alex graduated from St. Olaf College in 2016. Prior to attending law school, Alex worked as a mediator with the Office of the Minnesota Attorney General and developed policies and managed compliance for Federal housing and services grants with Jefferson County, Colorado. Alex graduated from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in 2025, after interning with the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development, Senator John Hoffman’s Office, and a multinational publishing and education corporation. He served as managing editor for Cybaris®, an Intellectual Property Law Review and his paper “From Global to Local: Abitron and the Altered Landscape of U.S. Trademark Law” received the American Intellectual Property Law Association’s 2024 Robert C. Watson Award.
Alex lives in Vadnais Heights with his wife, Savannah, and their husky, Tala. When free time allows, Alex enjoys biking and rowing, playing board games, reading, traveling, and visiting craft breweries with family and friends.
