Tessa McEllistrem is a shareholder with Kennedy & Graven, Chartered. Tessa works with her clients to get an understanding of their goals and helps provide pre-litigation counseling all the way through trial.
Tessa has successfully defended her clients in all levels of litigation, from motion practice to trials to appellate work in both state and federal courts. In particular, Tessa enjoys working with the unique legal challenges that occur with her municipal clients, and enjoys working with cities, counties, and the State of Minnesota to come up with solutions to a variety of issues. Tessa has been named to the lists of Rising Star and Super Lawyer.
In her spare time, Tessa enjoys spending time with her husband and two young daughters, and spending time learning as many new cooking recipes as possible.
