Kennedy & Graven is pleased to announce that Greta Bjerkness has joined the firm as a shareholder. Her practice focuses on municipal law, real estate, mediation, and eminent domain.
Ms. Bjerkness has been practicing law since 2009 and represents cities and other government entities in the acquisition of property rights for public improvement projects. She has successfully tried numerous matters before condemnation commissioners and has extensive experience advising public clients on complex real estate and infrastructure issues. Ms. Bjerkness is also a Qualified Neutral under Rule 114 of the Minnesota General Rules of Practice, further strengthening the firm’s mediation and dispute resolution practice.
